Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely—especially if you don’t know much about cheese. Each box includes guidance, context, and tasting notes that make it easy (and fun) to learn as you go. If you like good food and enjoy eating cheese, this experience was made for you.

  • If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please note them in the order notes at checkout so we can do our best to accommodate. That said, please be aware that nuts may be used at our packing facility, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

As for dislikes: this is a fully curated experience, and part of the fun is trusting the process. If you’re curious, open-minded, and love discovering new flavors, you’re in the right place. If you prefer to choose every item yourself, this may not be the best fit—and that’s okay!

  • Monthly drops occur on the first Wednesday of each month. If you place an order before the 21st, you’ll receive it the following month. If you order after the 21st, it will begin in two months. For example, an order placed on March 22 will be delivered May 6.

  • Each delivery arrives in a soft-sided, reusable cooler packed with ice packs to keep everything properly chilled. Cheeses are individually wrapped, and accompaniments arrive in their original packaging. It’s designed to protect quality, flavor, and food safety—without excess waste.

  • You don’t need to be home at the moment of delivery—but you should plan to bring your box inside the same day. Your cheese arrives chilled and well-packed, but it’s happiest once it’s safely in your fridge.
